RATES:
Longer stays monthly $3000
Shorter stays weekly $950
Shorter stays 2 nights $550. No tax added.
Signed agreement on arrival.
Rates include:
• all utilities, Satelite TV, WiFi.
• bi-weekly maid service
• parking in carport
• snow removal in driveway
Payments by Bank exchange, Cash, Cheque, Travellers Cheques

POLICIES: Pets and Children:
Adults only (sorry, not appropriate for small children) Pets are welcome with strict rules: pets must be taken to public park, no use of garden for pet toilet. Any damage by pets will be charged to guest.
Cancellation Policy:
Monthly stays guarantee by deposit of first month fee. Cancellation 60 days notice required. Shorter stays guarantee by deposit of payment in full.
